Our signature coffee blend — a favourite among our wholesale partners and a true expression of what we believe makes a great cup of coffee.

A carefully crafted combination of origins, roasted to deliver balance, sweetness and depth in every brew.

When brewed as a black coffee, expect delicate notes of blackcurrant tea, brown sugar and melted chocolate.

As a milk-based espresso, the Cafe Blend ticks all the boxes: subtle acidity, a smooth and creamy body, and a lingering finish. Balanced, comforting and effortlessly drinkable — everything you want from your daily coffee ritual.

 
Our Cafe Blend is currently made up of:

Nicaragua SHG, Peru Grade 1, Columbia Excelso, Brazil Cerrado.
100% Premium Arabica Coffee.

Suggested brew method

We recommend these recipes to any of our 'espresso' roasts.

Commercial:

22g espresso in, 48 ml out, contact time 32 to 35 secs.

Home Brew:

18g espresso in, 25 to 30 ml out, contact time 25 to 32 secs.

Experiment and alter to your preferred taste and equipment.
