Refunds & Returns
COFFEE - As coffee begins life as a raw material, variance from batch to batch may occur. Not liking the taste, or finding a slight variance from the last bag you bought is not a valid reason to return goods. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order for any assistance regarding your coffee purchase.
RETAIL ITEMS - Most items are covered by a manufacturers warranty. If a product is damaged or faulty when received, please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days from receipt) so we can review and/or authorise a repair or replacement.
If you are required to return a product to us, shipping is at the customers expense. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no damage occurs during shipping.
Accuracy & Errors
We will make every attempt to ensure that the information throughout our website, including product range and pricing is as accurate and current as possible. The information & pricing is subject to change and we reserve the right to make those changes as required. If you feel we have made a mistake or you’ve been mislead in any way, please contact us directly so we can work on achieving a suitable outcome.
