The most common reason for a "missing" points balance is having multiple customer accounts under different email addresses.

It’s easy to accidentally create a duplicate account during a quick checkout or while using a different social login. If your points aren't where you expect them to be, they are likely sitting in a separate account you created previously.

How to fix it:
1. Check your emails: Look for order confirmations or marketing updates sent to any other email addresses you use.
