Shipping policy

The Swell Coffee online store is your window to retail shopping. Should you require more than 6kg at a time, please contact us as further discounts may apply.

Delivery costs are quoted for destinations in Australia.

Your order may be sent via Australia Post, Aramex Couriers or delivered personally by Swell Coffee.

By placing an order, you agree that if no one is home, the item may be left at your premise unattended. Please leave a note in the "Delivery Instructions" field during checkout if you feel it'll be helpful.

Swell Coffee cannot be held responsible for orders left unattended.

Orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped by Australia Post.

Shipping Times (Standard Shipping)

Once you’ve placed your order, we aim to get it on it's way the same day, however it can take up to 2 business days in some circumstances. We may deliver the item personally or engage the services of a shipping company. We will email you a tracking number and the name of the shipping company as soon as possible. We are no longer responsible for the package once it has been collected or dropped off by the shipping company.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days after it has been shipped, please contact us quoting your invoice number and we can provide an update.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping rate of $9.90 Inc GST (Australia wide). Free for orders over $60.00 (automatically applied at checkout). Please note, this does not include coffee equipment (machines & grinders).

Same Day Local Delivery 

Same Day Local Delivery for orders over $35.00. If your Post Code qualifies you will see this option at checkout. Available Monday to Friday only for orders placed before 12:00PM. Does not include public holidays. If your order is placed after 12:00PM it will be delivered the next business day. 

Deliveries to Units and Apartments

Access for deliveries to units and apartments can often be challenging. We will not leave your order in a place we deem unsafe unless you provide instructions in the field provided during checkout.
