Shipping policy

  • The SwEll Coffee online store is your window to retail shopping. Should you require more than 6kg at a time, please contact us as further discounts may apply.

  • Delivery costs are quoted for destinations in Australia.

  • Your order may be sent via Sendle, Couriers Please, Australia Post, Aramex Couriers or delivered by SwEll Coffee.

  • By accepting our terms, you agree that if no one is home, the item may be left at your premise unattended.

  • SwEll Coffee cannot be held responsible for orders left unattended.

  • Orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped by Australia Post.

  • If you have any questions, please contact us before completing your order.

Shipping Times

Once you’ve placed your order, we aim to get it in the post on the same day, though it can take up to 3 business days in some circumstances. We may deliver the item personally or engage the services of a shipping company. We will email you a tracking number and the name of the shipping company as soon as possible. We are no longer responsible for the package once it has been collected or dropped off by the shipping company.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact us quoting your invoice number and the date of your order.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shipping of $9.50 inc GST (Australia wide).
  • Free Delivery for orders over $40.00. If your Post Code qualifies you will see this option at checkout.
  • Free shipping for all purchases over $75.00 (automatically applied at checkout). Please note, this does not include espresso equipment (machines & grinders).
  • Domestic equipment (coffee machines & grinders) are generally not shipped. A collection or drop off time will be arranged at the time of purchase.

Can I buy coffee in person?

Yes, from our Coniston Warehouse during business hours. We do suggest ordering online prior to pickup, especially if you have your heart set on a particular coffee.

Online orders are usually ready to pick up within 4 business hours, however we will notify you as soon as it is ready to collect.
