Cancellations
Once you’ve placed your order, we aim to get it in the post on the same day (though it can take up to 3 business days in some circumstances). This means that cancellations cannot be accepted once you have committed to your purchase.
Subscriptions
By signing up for a SwEll Coffee subscription, you agree to receive recurring orders and be billed automatically according to the delivery frequency you select. You can skip an order, pause your subscription, change your products or frequency, or cancel at any time through your customer account. Any updates made after your next billing date may apply to the following cycle.
You’re responsible for keeping your contact, address and payment details up to date, and all orders are shipped according to our standard delivery time frames. We may update our pricing from time to time, and continued use of the subscription after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
