Monthly Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over who are subscribed to the Swell Coffee email list at the time of the draw.

2. How to Enter
To enter, simply be subscribed to our email list. All active subscribers are automatically entered into the draw each month.

3. Prize
One winner will receive a 1kg bag of our Café Blend coffee. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random on the last day of each month (or closest business day) and contacted via the email address used to subscribe. If the winner doesn’t respond within 5 business days, a new winner may be selected.

5. Entry Limits
One entry per person per month. Duplicate entries (e.g. subscribing with multiple email addresses) may result in disqualification.

6. General
By subscribing, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Swell Coffee. You can unsubscribe at any time, though only active subscribers are eligible to win.

7. Changes and Cancellation
We reserve the right to change or cancel the giveaway at any time, with or without notice.

Swell Bucks Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
- The Program is open to all individuals.
- Rewards and redemptions are available only to customers located in Australia.
- To participate, customers must hold a Swell Coffee customer account with a valid email address.

2. Earning Points
- Members earn one (1) point for every one (1) Australian dollar spent on eligible purchases.
- Additional points may be earned through actions such as creating an account, subscribing to the Swell Coffee newsletter, and providing a date of birth.
- Points are not earned on:
    •    Transactions paid in cash
    •    Other transactions as specified by Swell Coffee from time to time
- Referral codes may have expiry dates. Loyalty points themselves do not expire.

3. Redeeming Swell Bucks
- Points can be redeemed as follows: 500 points = $25 discount.
- A minimum purchase of $50 (before discount) applies when redeeming points.
- Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discount codes.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Membership Rules
- Each individual may hold only one loyalty account. Multiple accounts will result in disqualification of one or more accounts at Swell Coffee’s discretion.
- Membership may be suspended or terminated if Swell Coffee reasonably suspects misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
- Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Program Changes and Termination
- Swell Coffee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, including how points are earned or redeemed, at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated to members via email.
